On Sunday, Lockie Ferguson is a New Zealand fast bowler currently playing for Kolkata knight riders in IPL 2023. He delivered his fastest ball in the match against Gujarat Titans on April 9th. The delivery clock of an impressive 154.1 kmph, makes it the fastest ball to be bowled in IPL 2023 so far. IPL 2023 Fastest ball so far was delivered by Lockie Ferguson.

Lockie Ferguson has made his IPL debut in 2017 against Gujarat Lions. He has taken 36 wickets in IPL so far with an economy rate of 8.48 and an average of 30.97. He was part of KKR from 2019 to 2021 but in 2022 he was released and Gujarat Titans acquired him. Ahead of IPL 2023 he was traded from Gujarat Titans by Kolkata Knight Riders for INR 10 crores.

He made his test debut against Australia in December 2019. His ODI debut was also against Australia in 2016. His T20 debut was against Bangladesh at McLeab Park in January 2017. Lockie Ferguson is a star bowler of New Zealand.
