NBA announced on Thursday that Indian actor Ranveer Singh will take part in the NBA All-Star Celebrity game, which will take place between February 17 and 19. On Team Dwyane, Singh will play for the former Miami Heat player.
Other famous personalities on the squad include rapper “21-S*vage”, tennis star Frances Tiafoe, and actor Hasan Minhaj. The Miz from WWE and Guillermo Rodriguez from “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” will be on Wade’s squad, which will compete against Nolan Ryan, a pitcher who is a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame and one of the best pitchers.
Since 2003, NBA All-Star celebrity game has taken place over the NBA All-Star weekend. It will take place this year on February 17. Singh has served as the NBA’s brand ambassador for India since 2021. He also participated in the 2022 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, playing with people like Machine Gun Kelly and Tacko Fall.
The 2023 Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game rosters, coaches, Grammy Award-winning singers, athletes, and more have been revealed by ESPN and the NBA.
Ryan Smith, the governor of the Utah Jazz, and Dwyane Wade, a three-time NBA Champion. He is also a minority owner of the Jazz and will serve as an honorary captain. Giannis Antetokounmpo, a two-time NBA MVP, his siblings Thanasis and Alex Antetokounmpo, and three-time Olympian Lindsey Vonn will serve as Team Dwyane’s coaches.

Team Dwyane is being prepared for the NBA All-Star game on Friday
They will compete against two-time WNBA champion Lisa Leslie. She is a member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, rapper and actor Fat Joe, and Houston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman, who will serve as Team Ryan’s coach.
Ranveer Singh has recently been well-known for representing India in a number of international sporting events. He frequently attends Premier League games and serves as the English Premier League’s ambassador for India.
This year’s innovation is the opportunity for each team captain to initiate “Ruffles Crunch Time”. This will begin a two-minute period during which point values are doubled.
