Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku is inching closer towards his Chelsea transfer. The London club will be breaking their personal as well as Premier League record. Lukaku will be arriving at Chelsea for €115 million.

This comes in just a week after Manchester City broke the bank with Jack Grealish. The Cityzens spent £100 million for the Aston Villa playmaker. Earlier, the most expensive player was Manchester United’s Paul Pogba.

Pogba came to Manchester United for £89 million from Juventus. And now Romelu Lukaku will be returning to Stamford Bridge with that high a price tag. Although Inter Milan said he was ‘untouchable’, Chelsea has proven them wrong.

However, on the other hand, Inter Milan have done quite some business this summer transfer window. The Italian club initially sold Achraf Hakimi for £70 million to Paris Saint Germain.

But at that time, he turned down the offer. Now Liverpool are targeting to pursue him to join. Jeremy Doku still has four years left in his contract at Rennes. Hence, Liverpool will have to spend a substantial amount for him.

According to recent reports, Rennes have set the price for Jeremy Doku at £38 million. The Reds fans are hoping more signings will arrive. Manager Jurgen Klopp has also not ruled it out.
