Despite having clear a 6-point cushion at the top of the table, Liverpool don’t want to get over enthusiastic and belittle the immediate future concerns.
After a smashing 4-0 win against Newcastle United, Jurgen Klopp and his troops have established a lead at the top of the table halfway through the season. The coming few games will provide a stern test as they will be hosting Arsenal next up, followed by an away fixture in the North against Manchester City.

The meteoric rise of Jadon Sancho saw manager Lucien Favre prioritize him over the American. The 20-year-old has also been recovering from some niggling injuries, which kept him out of action for long. Pulisic’s contract is set to expire in 2020 and if Dortmund want to part ways with him, they’ll ensure they get a hefty price in return.
The Pennsylvania born midfielder appeared in over 80 League games for Dortmund, scoring 10 times. His link up play with Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and Marco Reus received great compliments and earned him tremendous spotlight over the course of time.

Liverpool certainly don’t have good backup options, but how will they convince Pulisic to come over, sit on the Anfield bench and wait for his opportunity would be the question. He certainly will bring a huge sigh of relief to the manager.
