Reports have claimed that Paris Saint Germain starlet Neymar is reportedly unhappy with his time currently in the French League and is looking for a move elsewhere with the English and Spanish giants on red alert.
Neymar left the Catalonian outfit Barcelona last summer in a world record-breaking move to the French capital for a fee of £198 million. But now the 25-year-old is already pushing for a move away from the Ligue 1 after just a few months at the Parc des Princes.

The two clubs that are interested in signing the Brazilian winger are having quite the contrasting seasons at the moment. Manchester City is currently on top of the table in the Premier League by a massive point gap and is also in the League Cup final. Meanwhile, the European champions are struggling in 4th place on the La Liga table far away from fierce rivals Barcelona at the summit. To compound their misery, they were eliminated out of the Copa Del Rey this week in a humiliating defeat to Leganes.

Los Blancos have been termed as favourites to secure a deal for Neymar. The attacker, however, has been having doubts about joining the Spanish champions after having previous connections with Barcelona. On the other hand, Neymar has hinted his praise for City boss Pep Guardiola, which would help him win the Ballon d’Or. He has previously admitted it would be ‘more fun’ to play in the Premier League after putting his future at PSG in speculation.

Highly unlikely that Neymar would leave Paris Saint Germain so soon, with the club board also having a say in the decision. But it’s quite obvious that Neymar would want new challenges to test himself in the future which could see him move to an English club. However, the Champions League Round of 16 should be a fascinating one with Real Madrid going head to head with Paris Saint-Germain.
