Now Everton are being investigated by a Independent Commission. ,as the club is accused of breaching Financial Fair Play Rules. As the club had gone and made  a huge loos of 300 three hundred million pounds for three years , when clubs are allowed losses of only 115 million pounds  in three years period.

 But one thing is clear its investigation will be heard by three men from the E.P.L juridicary department. 

 And after the final ruling on tis charges, Everton can still appeal and anew head of the Independent commission.  and three others will hear their appeal .

 So tis will take a long time to be resolved. But Everton cannot take te Independent Commission to the C.A.S or a court either and they can only appeal once.

 Punishments could be a big fine, transferer sanctions or even restricting the clubs spending.
