Now in the month of March F.I.F.A and the I.F.A.B will hod a joint meeting to decide on changing the rules for taking of penalties in the near future.

 Now this is all after Argentinean goalkeeper Emilano Martinez  did  put up a show on and of the field. Kylian Mbappe was greatly hurt a France or should I say African France were soundly defeated by Argentina.

 But what is unfair here is F.I.F.A  wants to give more leavage  to the penalty taker, but the F.I.FA have not helped in defending the goalkeeper.

 Penalty takers should not allow singing, talking, shouting distracting e goalkeeper no dancing fancy footwork r  even a hop skip and a jump , as done by Bruno Fernandes, against Crystal Palace.
