BOTH U.E.F.A AND F.I.F.A ARE WRONG FOR HOLDING A WORLD CLUB QUALIFIER DURING THE TRANSFER WINDOW.

There is no doubt about it that both U.E.F.A. and F.I.F.A are very wrong in holding a world cup qualifying matches during the last few days the transfer window. Now will a footballer be willing to play for his country or will a footballer be willing to go for a Medical check up on the last day. Take the case of Alexis Sanchez , he wanted to join up with Manchester City from Arsenal, but he was to play a wold cup in Chile , so Manchester City sent their medical staff to Chile , but both Alexis Sanchez and Thomas Lemar was also playing for France . So there was no time to do the deal.
