'He's so good': Arsenal star confirms he's 'ready' to start against Norwich

Arsenal star Gabriel Magalhaes has confirmed on Twitter that he is ready to return to action against Norwich later today.

The Gunners host the Canaries in what is a must-win game. We’re at the bottom of the league table at the moment after three consecutive defeats, which has dampened the mood around the Emirates. However, there is a lot of optimism now.

Arsenal will have almost every player back from their respective injuries and illnesses. Our new signings will finally get a chance to play together, and that should give us all the ammunition we need to get back to winning ways.

Gabriel Magalhaes is ready to start against Norwich

Gabriel suffered a knee injury while on international duty with Brazil. He missed the Olympics as a result and has been out of action ever since.

Arsenal have been desperate to have him back. He is arguably our best defender, and fans can’t wait to see him in action alongside our big-money summer signing, Ben White.

All of us expected Gabriel to be back this weekend and the Brazilian confirmed it on Twitter last night. He says he is ready now, and so are we to see him help us get back to where we belong.

Mikel Arteta could unleash a brand new back-four against Norwich this afternoon. Kieran Tierney is guaranteed to start at left-back, while Takehiro Tomiyasu is in contention to make his debut on the opposite side.
