Inside, the caliper is expertly designed with custom-machined piston sizing that delivers an overall surface area comparable to many six-piston brakes. The caliper also has hard-anodized aluminum pistons which are extremely lightweight to allow them to move more easily and help with the clamping force on the rotor. Using both dust and weather seals, the Agency Power brakes won’t experience problems from harsh off-road conditions compared to other products that only have pressure seals. On top of all that, with a simple single-side bleeder screw, bleeding your Polaris RZR Turbo’s brakes does not require you to go from inside to outside on the caliper which saves a bunch of time. Finally, the caliper has an internal crossover to allow brake fluid to go to each side and equally put pressure on the pistons.
Brake pads for the four-wheel kit were specifically chosen in order to provide optimal performance for the majority of drivers. Once bed-in properly, the brakes will deliver unmatched performance without excess squeaking. The brake pads are also a common shape that allows you to easily access replacement ones. Agency Power also uses a special 12-inch cast-iron brake rotor just like you would see on high-performance systems. Cast iron dissipates heat much better than steel and has a higher coefficient of friction as well. Each directional rotor in this package is vented, slotted, and cross-drilled.
The Agency Power Big Brake Kit is sold as a four-wheel brake system only. These kits include a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Replacement and consumable parts are available.
