Lotus Evora S ECU Flash with VR Tuned

For people who love the super lightweight nature of the Lotus Elise and love the British quirkiness of the Lotus brand, but want more size and power than the Elise offers, the Evora is the perfect solution. It’s lightweight like the Elise, but with a larger body and significantly more powerful. The Evora S specifically produces an impressive 351 horsepower and 295 ft-lbs from its supercharged 3.5L V6. That’s not quite enough power for some owners, and one of the easiest ways to squeeze more power from your Evora S is with an ECU tune, such as our VR Tuned ECU Flash for Evora S.

The ECU determines how the engines runs by staying within a set range of parameters for ignition timing, air/fuel ratio, and many other ECU inputs. By modifying the parameters, you can let the engine make more power with sacrificing reliability. This is exactly what our tuning division, VR Tuned, did with the Evora S ECU tune. The result is a jump from 351 to 361 horsepower and 295 to 306 ft-lbs. More importantly, throttle response is greatly improved, meaning you can more easily modulate the throttle mid-corner, allowing you to keep the car under control easier and drive faster. The improved throttle response will also make your Evora S much faster off the line where it may have felt a little sluggish before.

This tune can either be installed by you with cable kit and a Windows-powered laptop, or a shop can professionally install it. In this case, this customer’s Evora S was flashed by Racing Integrations in Florida.
