On Monday we had 5 plays going 3-2 for +.11 units.

Our 1 unit play on the Mets +160 lost 2-4. We had 4 over nights winning with San Diego -108 7-4, Toronto +116 2-1 and Arizona Under 9+106 2-0. We lost with Detroit +101 2-6.

Today so far I have sent out 4 plays.

We had a 16 unit run to the upside which ended a few days ago and now after a dismal day, we are hovering at the plus side of around 2 units for the season.

We still have plenty of time for another nice run. Let’s see if we can get it. You never know. But after a 0-9 start out of the gate in April we have recovered nicely.

The idea in sports betting is to not take yourself out of action because of bad habits like overbetting. Discipline is required to win as a sports bettor. The same discipline it takes to win consistently at limit poker. If you don’t have your tilting tendencies in control you cannot win.

I say this mostly for the new subscribers that have signed up for the NFL season. Those that have been with me through almost 2 seasons of MLB know exactly what I am talking about.

Its not an easy thing to do, staying disciplined. I have slipped from time to time over the years. But it has been a very long time.

Once you get disciplined things are much easier to whether the ups and downs.
