I know that people don’t like to Hear or talk about the end days but we are today, this has to be addressed.
Awakening this morning my heart was filled with such an overwhelming sense of Agape love for all of God’s creation – and with the awakening I had dropped in my Spirit this morning we have to…..
Why is it when people hear anything on the last days, the end days, Armageddon or any of that they turn a deaf ear to it or leave it where it is (in a book, on a blog, spoken by a friend) ?
What’s up with that, it’s still part of God’s Word and there’s no getting away from it saved or not………
Jesus describes to us in (Mark chapt.13) that right now today we are in the end times. No, none of us knows where we are on that spectrum of ( the day of the end all) for this earth as we know it today, but we do know that numerous fatal events have already occurred, however, Jesus tells us not to be concerned.(John 14:27) “I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid. ( Luke 21:9)when you hear of wars and commotions, do not be terrified; for these things must come to pass first, but the end will not come immediately.”
Truth be told, nobody knows how bad God is going to allow this world to get before He sends Jesus back, but we do know one thing for sure, and that is, His return is certain (Romans 13:12)The night is almost gone; the day of salvation will soon be here. So remove your dark deeds like dirty clothes, and put on the shining armor of right living.
In the Word Jesus tells His disciples that He was coming back, and when He did He would be turning the Kingdom over to God the Father, after He has destroyed every ruler and authority and power.(1 Corinthians 15:24)
Just as the Word says, many things would have to happen beforehand and we see many of these things happening today.
#1 The Gospel must be preached throughout the world (Mark 13:10)But before the end comes, the good news must be preached to all nations.
Once upon a time this was impossible to do until the Internet, and other means of communication was had.
#2 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. … Nation will rise against nation” (Matthew 24:6-7)You will soon hear about wars and threats of wars, but don’t be afraid. These things will have to happen first, but that isn’t the end. Nations and kingdoms will go to war against each other. People will starve to death, and in some places there will be earthquakes.
#3 Satan will go to great lengths to try and stop God’s work here on earth and use whomever he can (Matthew 5:11)”Blessed are you when they insult you and persecute you and falsely say every kind of evil against you because of Me.
(1 Peter 5:9)But you must resist the devil and stay strong in your faith. You know that all over the world the Lord’s followers are suffering just as you are. he wants to tear us to pieces….
And, to now know that Satan has placed weapons of mass destruction in the hands of many dangerous, unpredictable Countries, this is quite disturbing.
If you are a Believer that has given your life to Christ and being obedient to His Word and allowing Him to use you, you don’t have to sit around and think about what the end of this existence will be like, because one thing for sure, it will be sudden and unexpected—(Matthew 24:26) No one knows the day or hour. The angels in heaven don’t know, and the Son himself doesn’t know. Only the Father knows.
The sad part about that is that a lot of people are going to be unprepared, and taken by surprise, but by then it’ll be too late…. Just think about when you read about the days of Sodom and Gomorrah, or the flood that wiped out thousands in Noah’s days….no one saw those days coming but Noah, Abraham and Lot…. and just by reading what we just did from the Word it seems as though it’ll be taking place like that again. (1Thessalonians 5:2)For you know quite well that the day of the Lord’s return will come unexpectedly, like a thief in the night. Devastation will suddenly overtake the earth, but then it will be too late to turn to God and give your life to Jesus. The Bible talks about the fiery destruction in
(2Peter 3:10-12) But the day of the Lord will come as unexpectedly as a thief. Then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise, and the very elements themselves will disappear in fire, and the earth and everything on it will be found to deserve judgment. Since everything around us is going to be destroyed like this, what holy and godly lives you should live, looking forward to the day of God and hurrying it along. On that day, he will set the heavens on fire, and the elements will melt away in the flames.
So, can I ask you, ARE YOU READY FOR HIS RETURN?? Or are you one of those that’s procrastinating, thinking you have all the time in this world to get it right….. don’t be like one of those ( living in lala land in your mind ) just going about existing with no purpose for God, and find yourself ( on the outskirts). Get it right now and do what Paul wrote to the Galatians about, in (Galatians 6:10)by helping people whenever we can, especially if they are followers of the Lord to practice holiness and do good to others wherever and whenever they can. Jesus said We must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the one who sent us. (John 9:4)
Christians are being called to do pertinent things too, just like back in Biblical days, and not wait. And, He is also calling those that are walking around blind and as “fools” (without Christ) to wake up and learn the truth about Him and His Word. He is our present help.
Yes, our help! (Psalm 79:9) Help us, O God of our salvation, For the glory of Your name; And deliver us, and provide atonement for our sins, For His name’s sake!….Yes, and our refuge (a place that provides shelter / protection)God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1)
Trust me we are all going to need to be on His winning team, because just like it’s quoted in the Word – “Many will come in my name. They will claim, ‘I am he.’ They will fool many people” (Mark 13:6)
Please know that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires” (2 Peter 3:3-4)They will say, “What happened to the promise that Jesus is coming again? From before the times of our ancestors, everything has remained the same since the world was first created.
“And then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘Look, there he is!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform signs and wonders, to lead astray, if possible, the elect. But be on guard; I have told you all things beforehand.(Mark 13:21-23)
Come on think about it, do you really want to be walking this earth alone, with heaven not on your side? (Romans 5:10)Even when we were God’s enemies, he made peace with us, because his Son died for us. Yet something even greater than friendship is ours. Now that we are at peace with God, we will be saved by the life of his Son.
Jesus Christ is the only way to God. Only He can reconcile us to God the Father.“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the light: no man cometh unto the father, but by me” (John 14:6)
