What does Glory to Glory mean? How do we go from Glory to Glory?

Glory to Glory is not moving from one state of exaltation to another, to go from Glory to Glory is to be ever-increasing – it’s to be endlessly changed into what you were created to be.

It’s to be acclimated to God’s likeness, flourishing in His character and attributes without end

The Glory of God is the manifested beauty of His holiness. It’s who He is….

God’s Glory is more than just His presence, it’s His power – The kind of power that awakens, delivers, defeats and transforms. It’s more superior and sharper than any other power in existence. And, that Glory belongs to us.

It’s something like this…..when God created you and me He created us to have His Glory already deep-rooted in us That’s how much God was thinking about us..

Because you were born of God (Genesis 1:27)So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

All things that the Father has was also given to us including His glory (if, Born- Again). People who have accepted Jesus as their Savior…A spiritual rebirth.

It was God’s Glory( that light) that separated Israel and the land of Goshen from the rest of Egypt

Remember in (Exodus 10:23)when there was light in the land of Goshen, but not in Egypt? What was that light? That light was Glory. God’s presence.

Yeah, God’s Glory can be seen as well as experienced, When we pray God’s glorious and miraculous signs and wonders will occur in our personal lives. (Isaiah 40:5)

And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it (Hebrews 2:4) God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?

(Acts 5:12)And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon’s porch

Did you know that the scripture(2 Corinthians 3:18) speaks about being transformed from Glory to Glory, which means there are different levels of Glory….this is the thing though, anybody is not just experiencing this Glory elevation (oh-no)…..your mind, character and love walk must be on point….As His that is….

Back in Biblical days God’s Glory had to have a dwelling place which was an actual structure unlike today where our bodies are His dwelling place……

In case you were wondering, the word “Tabernacle” means “to dwell.” God couldn’t dwell in the hearts of man ( because we were disconnected spiritually from Him) until after Christ’s death and resurrection….

It wasn’t until After Solomon built the Temple, that God’s presence would dwell in the Holy of Holies, the most inner room of the temple where only the High Priest could enter His presence once a year (Hebrew 9:7)That was where His presence dwelt, in the Tabernacle..

The only structure for the Glory of God was the Tabernacle. But, now with the New Covenant, the Holy Spirit occupies.every believer as the temple of God, as stated in (1Corinthians 3:16) that says, “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?”

We are God’s dwelling place now only because of Jesus. We are His temple,(living temple) unlike in Biblical times where the temple was a building in a fixed location, but today His house, His dwelling place can walk, talk and preach the gospel! Hallelujah!!

We today are the vehicles of God’s Glory…….We are that walking, talking, consuming fire that the devil cannot compete with……The same way he trembled in the sight of Jesus, is the same way he trembles when he is in your presence

( James 2:19) You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble!

In order to go from Glory to Glory, you must be increasing in Him. Increasing in benevolence, grace, mercy, patience, love, faithfulness, forgiveness. Yes!! It’s His characteristics that’ll get you from Glory to Glory. And, only His characteristics……

It’s being conformed to His identity, increasing in His character as well as His nature. These are the things that make God who He is.

So going from Glory to Glory is moving up from your current level in Glory to another level in Glory.

Which intel means that you and I won’t be promoted to the next level of Glory until the level we’re in is to His liking, His approval. So if you want to go upward into a greater Glory then where you already stand you have to first make the level where you are right now marvelous in His sight…..not yours….

His Glory is the ( plain sight, in your face) expression of His character.
