A new decade is here, and it’s starting on a very energetic and productive note. As we wave goodbye to 2019, let’s prepare to take it to the next level.

As we roll into 2020, we’re knocking down doors, and we won’t be entering quietly. Change is Coming, and the Judgement card is leading us on a path that will guide us through this dynamic year. Before we get into the deets of the card, allow me to shine a little light on the mighty punch that Judgement packs. 

Judgement is Ruled by Pluto

Pluto is the planet of transformation, endings, and rebirth.   It is POWERFUL and rules what lies beneath the surface. Known as the great revealer, Pluto is connected to change, upheaval, power struggles, and issues of control. It is where we search for great and lasting change. Together, Pluto and Judgement are intense and inspiring.

And, just in case you are wondering, this is no time for fun and games. Judgement is playing for keeps.

Judgement is Karmic Lessons

Now is the time to look at prior actions, decisions, and choices with the gift of hindsight. An awakening of sorts or a shift in awareness is possible. It’s as if a door opens and Judgement encourages you to enter and find your purpose.

Judgement is the End of an Era

It is an end to a phase in your life and the start of something new. It’s time to move on. BUT FIRST, you need to take a good look back and forgive yourself.

• What have you been carrying that needs to be released?
• Which words or deeds can clear your path?
• Do you have a big decision to make? Breakaway from your default thinking mode. Listen to your intuition and use the karmic lessons from your past to help you make the right choice.   

Judgement can indicate that you’re being judged very harshly by others or that you’re guilty of making snap judgements yourself. It can also be a legal matter or court case resolution.  

The Judgement card is about leadership, responsibility, speaking the truth, and being more assertive. It’s setting the pace for our year, so let’s dig in and talk about Judgement in:

Love

If you’re in a relationship, you need to appreciate each other more. Are you single? Then there is a chance to find love through your true calling. Someone will fall in love with your leadership qualities.

Career

This is the year you will turn your highest calling in life into a profession.

Feelings

Emotional healing after disappointments or setbacks. Opportunity to heal old wounds. A new chance at love, new beginnings, new purpose, or a new plan. GO.  

Numerology – The Universal Year

New year, new energy, a new universal year number. Within the system of numerology, each calendar year is associated with a single-digit number known as the Universal Year number.

Here’s how this works:

• 2020 is a Universal four year – which we get by adding 2+0+2+0=4.
• Fours are all about manifesting and building new foundations in our lives. They signify work and productivity.
• Four energy is constructive, realistic, hard-working, dependable, persistent, and productive. It’s time to shift and grow — time for a new task – a new vision.
• Don’t worry about what’s ending; instead, focus on your dream and what’s ahead. Be gentle and kind with yourself (and others) as we begin to transition into what’s next.
• It’s a year to take care of business. What is important to you? Set your intentions, work hard, and pay attention to details.  Know where you are heading.

As you gear up for a deeply inspired 2020 ask yourself these questions: 

• What is my purpose? 
• How will I breakthrough? 
• Am I judging a situation? 
• What does it mean to be judged? 
• What is your truth? 
• The intention I will use to set 2020 on FIRE is ______.

The end of December is the perfect time to go on all kinds of fun holiday adventures. This year, I found myself saying YES to a fun, vibrant, and unexpectedly beautiful light festival called Luminosity. The grand entrance – and the first taste of what was to come – was this beautiful, mythical, magical unicorn.

A unicorn is enchanting, courageous, clever, and rare. It offers a sense of positivity, optimism, and invites you to believe that something extraordinary can happen. As we enter this new year, I think this is the perfect message to bring with us.

In the spirit of Judgement, I invite you to:

• Discover the joy in every day.
• Decide to make a difference.
• Release your guilt and sorrows.
• Forgive yourself and others.
• Answer a need.
• Awaken to the possibilities.
• Get off the fence.
• Take a stand.
• Make a hard choice.
• Answer the call.
