Did you know that thoughts are a powerful form of Psychic protection?

I learned how to be psychic, and it’s all a mental process. You learn how to work with your brain and thoughts to sense and engage with energy. When you generate light with your thoughts, you are actually doing something concrete. It’s not just your imagination.

Example: I was in a clairvoyant group ages ago, and I imagined I was sending pink energy up and out of my crown chakra. The other clairvoyants, who were all on the phone with their eyes closed saw the pink light too!

To apply this in a psychic protection sense, if, with your thoughts, you send out a golden light, a shield all around you, you really will create a shield all around you.

The power of your thoughts is so protective when applied with meaning and purpose. I’m sure you’ve heard the power of a positive mindset can even cure serious diseases – there are so many stories about that.

Something to consider with this is that not everyone is hardwired to think and feel positive all the time! Depression and anxiety are rampant in our society. I address that in the video above as well. It’s quite common in the spiritual community to dismiss the fact that many are not able to easily create that oh-so-powerful positive mindset. If this is the case, there many ways to get help and not suffer. It will take work, but that work may significantly improve your life experience.
