Want to know a common question that comes up in sessions? Here it is:

“Do I HAVE to reincarnate here AGAIN?”

The people who ask this are always kind, reflective, deeply spiritual, and, from my perspective, quite advanced. They are aware of the trials of life on Earth and are doing the work to heal their karma, contribute to humanity and the planet, and live a soulful existence.

While there is no definitive answer to this question, I have some thoughts on if we decide not to return to earth. Here are a 3 key concepts I think might help the cause for not having to come back:

1. Practice the art of loving non-attachment
2. Live life with an open heart; embody unconditional love
3. Do harm to nothing and no-one
