Example: Suppose you have the habit of coming home late mostly. And your wife will be ready to disturb you. This is a habitual thought pattern. Try to know that " I know i am late and my wife is going to be upset" this is your habitual pattern. Simply know it and know that you are following the process with expectation of well being of everyone in the family including yourself. Basically, one has to be authentic towards himself...
