What Else is needed along with "The Law of Attraction"



FACTS THAT NEED ATTENTION WHILE LOOKING TO FOLLOW THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.



Universal Laws: Attraction

Various Factors are responsible for our growth. And when it comes to The Law of Attraction we are looking to work with the defined set of knowledge. The knowledge we have acquired during this life time and may be many other life times. It at times, seem impossible to change the set of thoughts we apply towards anything we are looking to attract. And if we don't receive what we want we are ready to criticize. Saying that the law of attraction doesn't work for us etc.

I feel there are various other things which are involved when we are looking to attract

To name a few:

PRESENT MOMENT AWARENESS 
LET GO OF OUR EXPECTATIONS
AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OUR THOUGHTS AND FEELING AND EMOTIONS
AND LASTLY,
CHANNELING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

PRESENT MOMENT AWARENESS:
There is a lot of stuff available about this topic on the internet and books today. So, I don't find it necessary to update much about the subject.

LET GO OF EXPECTATIONS:

Though this topic is a part of present moment awareness, yet I feel it needs to be understood with more care. Every moment we are expecting some or the other thing from someone. When it comes to business we expect the client to pay us without negotiating and on time. When it comes to employees, the bosses expect them to deliver outstanding results. When it comes to mothers, they expect the child to be obedient and well mannered. I find it very important to define what I feel is expectations

I Personally define Expectations as any desire with a doubt.
Though, we necessarily need to detach from them. Its really very simple only if you know how.

Let's check and confirm this:

Every aspect of life be it friends, family, relationship, finance, career, property, peace, joy, spouse, Boss, Employee, travel etc Any aspect you want to choose from the above feel free to choose and check.
Let go of Expectations
The aspect you find yourself low at or unsuccessful is a clear connection to you attitude ( ie you are highly expecting in it) If you feel you are not expecting then I feel sorry for you to have inability to recognize yourself. You must  identify yourself. Introspect of the facts. If you do; you will come out to be really successful otherwise you will take your own time to get away with it. But, by hook or crook you will have to; there is no other option my friend. Its the law and we are in the learning stage. 

AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OUR THOUGHTS AND FEELING AND EMOTIONS:

It is really significant to understand that our thoughts and feelings are constantly creating our reality. But, as we are humans and are conditioned from our past experiences we can feel low, we can be unhappy, we can be depressed. This is really very important. We need to understand what we need to do when we are low. We also need to check our thinking what it is pointing towards and the bodily sensations that are always present. Where quite a few of us tend to ignore it and quite a few of us are aware of them.
Awareness of thoughts and emotions
One cannot always fight with a negative thought and suppress it. And if we do that the negative thoughts will keep accumulating and explode at a very high degree where we wont be able to handle our realities. We will further create a negative reality which we never wanted and is will be the default manifestation of suppressing our thoughts. We need to be aware of every thought and feeling. And not keep suppressing them. We should always know what we are feeling ande it is really alright to feel whatever we are feeling. We shouldn't deny that we are depressed or feeling low today. Its ok. What is more important is that we recognise what we feel. And not suppress those feelings and emotions. Further, We are constantly having various bodily sensations which are most of the time available and they are a kind of guidance system for us. We must be aware of that guidance system without judging it. I know this all is also a part of the giant Subject of Present moment awareness. But I find it to be really significant to be understood as a separate subject.

CHANNELING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

I feel once we begin to understand a little bit of awareness of our thoughts and emotions and sensations. And we are able to see things as they are without judging them and assuming things. This will follow on its own we wont require any major efforts to channel our thoughts and actions

When we are in the present moment we can clearly see things as they are. Further, Gratitude will no more remain a deliberate effort as we all know. It will come on its own as The Secret says to be thankful. You have already inculcated something that the secret wants you to do.
