Habitual patterns and Impressions from the past

Habitual Patterns and Impressions from the past

In my previous blog I wrote about "how Impressions from the past affect our lives"

Impressions from the past are the core of human nature. They create the habitual patterns of a being. When it is seen from a deeper level of understanding, the habits are the impacts of the people and/or situations that we get cling ed to. Significantly, a lot of people are not aware that they are not having their own habits and patterns but are an inspirations of the impacts they had in their past. These impacts can be recognized and dealt with, only when the awareness has begin to show up. The impressions are less in the people who are more in the present moment and seeing their thoughts as it is, than people who are less in the present moment. Hence forth, the present moment is inversely proportionate to the impressions from the past.
Impressions from the Past

Introspection and understanding of seeing the thought as it is is a must to attain a little bit of information of how these impressions are creating our lives. They are creating our complete behavior and further the physical patterns completely rely on these impacts which are not any more existing though we are carrying them with us even today, though they were past. We are capable of understanding our behavior and henceforth these impacts are a trademark of our behaviors and physical patterns.
From drinking water to holding the glass, from serving food to anger, from calmness to frustration everything is channeled by the impressions from the past. In order to deal with them the awareness of thought is most needed.
Geographically, social circle, families, friends etc help in creating our positive as well as our negative aspects along with the habitual patterns.
