5 Anger management and expectations : Experiencing Wisdom

This article is all about expectation and Anger Management. Expectation’s most significant outcome is Anger, it is a result of every expectation we have from others. 





You can feel free to choose any situation from your life and check Expectations you were having from others. Anger can be controlled only if we can understand the concept of Expectation. Those who have done anger management will be able to relate this with article to what they learnt from their course. If you know that you are expecting you hold the power to let go of it. But, the expectation on subtle level needs quite a bit of awareness. If you are angry and you can give just 10 seconds of your time to recheck your expectations, you will have the power to channel your anger and create well being for yourself.


All you require is 10 seconds of your time to check your expectations. This powerful way gives rise to condition which will take complete responsibility to create joy and happiness in the worst situations in your life
