Last month was tough. Nick and I had several unexpected deaths in our family and there were plenty of illnesses and operations to keep us on high alert.  If all that wasn't enough, I turned the ripe old age of 60, which was a bit jolting to someone whose brain still thinks she is 22 and should be feverishly dancing every Saturday night at the neighborhood disco.   All worries aside, there remains so much to be thankful for.     As I sit at the Thanksgiving table today, I will bow my head in
