Procedure · The male practitioner should start his practice from any auspicious day or Friday. 

· He should take a fresh bath before commencing the procedure, and wear clean and dry clothes.

 · Do regular rituals or puja. If the practitioner didn’t do daily ritual then he should light a ghee or oil lamp, fragrance, flowers and any sweet before god in a worship room and tell your intention to the god.
