बीर-भद्र साधना :BirBhadra Sadhana:
मंत्र : ॐ नमो यक्षाय बीरभद्राय स्वाहा।।
Mantra: Om Namo Yakshay Birbhadraya Swaha.
Introduction: This Yaksha, the helper of Lord Shankar's Gana Birbhadra, is very strong, energetic, warlike and mighty. It is pleased with difficulty, but when pleased, destroys all the enemies of the Seeker very quickly. Its meditation has to be done in Birbhab.
Legislation: For the grace of this Yaksha, one has to do sadhna continuously from full Moon to full moon for 3 months in an uninhabited Shibalaya. During the day, worship all the rituals, then after worshiping Birbhadra and doing 5000 japa in the night, then the sadhak keeps getting the knowledge of the progress of the sadhana every full month. Remaining invisible on the last full moon, Birbhadra goes away after giving a shout, keeps helping himself.
Fruit: By its grace, the seeker gets victory from everyone else and the seeker also gets the benefit of the kingdom. But it has to be worshiped everyday for life. Also one has to chant a rosary.
After the completion of the rituals, the puja has to be done in the morning.
