Frank Edwards Biography

Frank Ugochukwu Edwards, or Frank Edwards for short, was born on 22nd July 1989. Asides from his well-known occupation as a singer and a songwriter, He is also the founder and owner of the popular record label, Rocktown Records, known for their catchphrase Rocktown on the beat. Rocktown Records is home to popular recording artists such as; Nkay, Micah Heavens, Gil, King BAS, and Frank Edwards himself. 

Frank Edwards is from Enugu, a South-Eastern state in Nigeria. 

He began his career in music at the young age of 10 when he learned how and began playing the piano in his local church. His rise to fame, however, followed shortly after his encounter with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of Christ Embassy aka Believers LoveWorld Inc. 

In an interview, Frank explained that he wanted to become a pilot, but after watching Pastor Chris and how he worships God, he received an inspiration to pursue a career in music. 

Eventually, Frank joined LoveWorld Records and this gave him a chance to share the stage with popular artists like Sinach, Joe Praiz, Samsong, and many others. With time, he grew to become the presidential band member for Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and later on, his personal keyboardist.  

Frank Edwards released his first album, Definition, in 2008. Since then, he has released many other albums, even featuring other top gospel artists.
