Ingredients: Chicken drumsticks or thighs, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper Recipe: Marinate chicken in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
