Likened to a grain of a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field, the Kingdom of God on earth started quite small but in due time, it grew into a large shrub where birds come and perch on its branches.

From its humble beginnings, we have witnessed the growth of the Father’s Kingdom Nation, of how it grew exponentially, covering the face of the entire earth through the only message that man ought to hear in these last days- the message of salvation that can only be attained through genuine repentance and complete obedience to the Father’s Will. 

 For 38 years, milestone after milestone, we have seen the fulfillment of the Father’s words unfolding before our eyes. We marvel at how the Almighty Father saw us through, steering the course of His chosen nation of faithful sons and daughters beginning with His Appointed Son whom He has entrusted His words and His Will.

From a handful of 15 members in the lowly district of Agdao,Davao City, who subsisted on foraging rejected fish and vegetables from the market to tide them over, it’s truly phenomenal to have witnessed the power of God in flourishing His Kingdom Nation, with more sons and daughters enlightened by the Son’s gospel truth and more Sentinels of Light being established in every nook and corner that expands across 200 countries and 2,000 cities worldwide. Truly, it is not the work of man but of God, our Almighty Father who is at the helm of the Kingdom’s upward trajectory.

From a single seed that was planted, the Kingdom of God on earth has prospered, yielding a bountiful harvest in fulfillment of Isaiah 60:22, ‘’ A little one shall become a thousand,and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time.’’

The Appointed Son’s ‘Mosaic Ministry’

Nothing clearly captures the essence of God’s redemption than what was demonstrated in the Book of Exodus. Moses, being the one sent by God to free Israel from the Egyptian bondage was made instrumental for God’s people to live life anew from captivity to liberty;from enslavement to freedom as they journey toward the Promised Land. Having been trained by God in the backside of the wilderness for 40 years, he was sent back to Egypt with the message to Pharaoh, ‘’Let my people go.’’

In the same vein, Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy was chosen to deliver His people from the bondage of religions and denominations in what was called as the ‘Spiritual Exodus.’’

Like Moses, Pastor Apollo was isolated in two mountains– in the foothills of Mt. Matutum for a year, and in Tamayong for 5 years, respectively to prepare him for a humongous task— the salvation of humanity. There, in the Furnace of Affliction, he went through a series of ordeals, night and day, just to prove the genuineness of his commitment, dedication, loyalty and obedience in doing the Father’s Will. His pronouncement of ‘’From now on, Father, not my will,but Thy Will be done in my life, no matter what,’’ was put to the test. 

Pastor Apollo did not just pass, but graduated with flying colors. And 38 years later, his message continues to reverberate in the four corners of the world, producing more sons and daughters who have been released from the shackles of spiritual captivity brought about by man-made tenets and traditions. He is the modern Moses who led God’s chosen people out of Egyptian bondage. 

 Indeed, there is freedom in adhering to the message of the Appointed Son (John 8:36). His Mosaic ministry is a huge responsibility because resting upon his shoulders is the salvation of the 7 billion humanity who needs deliverance from the bondage of sin. Freedom is the byword for the Son’s Mosaic ministry which remains to be relevant in these end times. He has been relentless in preaching about repentance, for which true spiritual freedom is greatly hinged upon. 

Celebrating the Feast of the Passover

In the Old Testament, the Passover commemorates the journey of the Israelites from slavery to liberty. It is the festival of freedom that highlights the emancipation of the Jewish people out of Egyptian bondage. Moses was sent to be the deliverer of God’s people with the message, ‘’ Let my people go’’ ( Exodus 8::1).

 When the reluctant Egyptian King denied Moses’ demand to release the Israelites, ten terrible plagues hit Egypt. The last of which–the death of the firstborn, had prompted Pharaoh to finally set them free. It was believed that on the night of the Passover, the angel of death ‘passed over’ the houses of the Israelites which had the blood of the lamb on their doorposts, sparing their first-born offsprings from sure and imminent death. 

Likewise in the Kingdom Nation, we celebrate the Feast of the Passover for which we call the ‘’Spiritual Exodus.’’ Just as Israel was freed from the Bondage of Egypt, God’s people in the modern day were also unshackled from the bondage of religions and denominations that enslaved man through misleading man-made doctrines and traditions. 

Shortly after hurdling five years of intense fire in the Mountain of the Furnace of Affliction and pronounced by the Almighty Father as His ‘Son’, Pastor Apollo was instructed to go back to his denomination. With his denominational mindset being taken away through his years of rigid spiritual training, this instruction came off a little far-fetched but Pastor Apollo had no qualms returning to his former denomination, obeying the Father’s command unquestioningly. And though he was embraced by his former denomination with open arms, they couldn’t help but see the noticeable changes in him. He is not the same Apollo they knew before, but a different one. 

It didn’t dawn on him that he was like Moses returning to Egypt to free God’s people from the Egyptian bondage, with a mission to lead them from spiritual bondage to freedom. On September 1,1985, a significant milestone took place that will go down as one of the most noteworthy events in the annals of Kingdom history. To this day, September 1 is remembered as the Spiritual Exodus that has led those who believed and accepted the Son’s message out of their denominational captivity. This was the beginning of the Son’s Mosaic Ministry. 

Pastor Apollo was then commanded by the Father to lift no other name but the Name of Jesus Christ in fulfillment of Acts 4:12 

“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved,’’ and Philippians 2:9 

“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:’’

From Davao City to the whole world, we can see the unprecedented expansion and growth of the Kingdom Nation. The grain of a mustard seed has fully grown into a tree with many branches. It continues to propagate even to the farthest ends of the earth. Beginning with one seed, more sons and daughters have been produced who bear the same spiritual DNA as the Son and free from the bondage of the serpent seed.
