Dear Heavenly Father,

I worship your majesty. Your glory fills up the heavens and spreads forth across the earth.

You are the One who gave me your holy Child, Jesus, to pay the ultimate price for my sins and to deliver me from satan’s power.

I am saved and set free because of what Jesus did, and I will forever be grateful for this.

Lord, You are saying in Romans 6:3-9:

Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death?

Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death,

So that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too may walk in newness of life.

For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection,

Knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with,

So that we would no longer be slaves to sin; for the one who has died is freed from sin.

Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, 

Knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him.

Father, I am aware that although I have been set free from sin, it still desires to enslave me through the temptations of the flesh.

But I have put my faith in Jesus and will no Longer give sin or the devil a place in my life.

Therefore, I commit my struggles with the flesh into your hands and receive your strength to live above them.

Father, thank you for loving me and setting me free to live for you.

In Jesus’ name, I pray.
