Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. – Luke 13:35. Read that verse once again. Read it until you have committed it memory. That is only one scripture of many that tells us the simplicity that is Christ. Yet, will you believe it? Now… as it is staring you directly in the face, simply believe it… We live in a world where the Scripture has been misunderstood and misinterpreted, put simply, by a whole bunch of people who have no Fear of GOD.

In a post titled, The Tendency of Modern Christianity, we expanded on the vanity of man from the pages of Ecclesiastes. It may be a good place to begin your journey there. The Bible tells us in Isaiah 8, “Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.” Looking at the Scripture in a whole, how can the LORD be a sanctuary without being your fear and your dread? What is it that you fear the most? Take a moment, and really consider the question. Is it, fear of the unknown? Is it, fear of somebody or something? What about the fear of death? When you fully begin walking with the LORD, the fear and power of death have no foothold within you. Neither, does the fear of what is in this world.

During the ministry of the Apostles, after Christ’s death, simply by reading the Book of Acts, we see that at that time, death had no power over them either. So what is different about today? “Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honor me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:” – Isaiah 29:13. Now my friends, in the plainest words possible I will explain the building within the final few videos within this playlist. “When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.” – Matthew 24:15-21.

In this “modern” world we are taught about what I will refer to as the “rapture.” In laymen’s terms, it is not as described. There are not hundreds, thousands, or millions of people that are going to be taken away from what is to unfold before our very eyes shortly. When you as a follower of Christ, or as one who is going before (striving to become what we once were), once you can “see,” “hear,” and understand that humanity is the abomination of desolation, we are to fully let go of everything within this world. This is kind of symbolic of the final boarding call before the “crap hits the fan,” so to speak. This is our last chance to get sealed before the Great Tribulation begins. We, as followers of Jesus Christ are to fully let go, put our full faith in Him alone, and forsake everything in this world. We are to separate, isolate, and be very desolate. We are to take our flight to the mountains and dwell with the Father in Spirit. If you are still holding on to things in this world, NOW is the time to let go. Because, if you aren’t sealed to be a witness, you are free game for all that will unfold. You will be playing with a loaded deck stacked against you. And, unfortunately, there is no certainty of what tomorrow will bring.

Because, if your flight is in the winter or during the “storm,” you are still subject to all that will be unfolding. I am aware that most (the world) have no clue what is coming. There are less of us that know who we are and what we did, but never grasped abstinence. Beyond that are those who have grasped abstinence but haven’t fully let go of the world. And the purification within us came grinding to a halt. Either the cares of this world, distractions, etc., or the fear of those around us caused us to stop walking it out. “Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.” – Hebrews 10:38. There is no arrival. There is no end game. There is no moment that we get to relax and say, I am done. We have to fully commit to not loving our lives unto death. “Not as though I had already obtained, or were already made perfect, this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before.” How long did Paul walk with the LORD? Are we somehow better than he is? Are we somehow different?

It doesn’t end with knowing a truth, or portions of the truth. It doesn’t end with knowing the way or portions of the way. It is a daily battle and it is a daily struggle. “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.” – Luke 9:23. And, as I am continually pushing the one most important thing as we are understanding these things, I will do so, even now. “Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” – Matthew 5:19-20. There is no place in Heaven for the man who isn’t teaching men so. I began this journey with the Father with only one thought. I would rather be down here figuring it all out, sharing what I know to be true, while I am still letting go of my flesh with it’s lusts passions and desires, then to have no chance at all. As the days push forward, there is less of the old self here, and more of what the Father is filing me with.

“No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse. Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.” “And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish. But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved. No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.” If your desire is still the old man, you aren’t being filled with the new.

Even Paul, after years, tells us about his own personal struggles. “I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.” – Romans 7:21-25. Are we perfect? Will any of us, while we are still here in the flesh, prior to receiving our perfected bodies, ever be? Paul had to rebuke Peter for doing something wrong. People make mistakes. I have three kids at home. I am quick to admit my faults. Why? Because I know that the LORD sees right through it all, down to our very heart. To my dear friends who are still struggling, what is the life? What is the light of life? How are we to walk in the light of life, if our lights aren’t shining before men? No man can serve two masters, my friends.

Now, as the following has more than one meaning, “Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.” Consider, what happens the very moment that the Spirit fills your temple… “And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and he sat upon him. And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed them in the way. And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord: Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest. And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple: and when he had looked round about upon all things, and now the eventide was come.”
