The Holiday Arts & Crafts Show at the new Arts Alliance Center in College Mall will be noon-6 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday in November (and on Black Friday). St. Paul United Methodist Church will host its annual bazaar 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5, at 4201 W. Third St. in Highland Village. Enjoy shopping for handmade crafts and flea market finds. Carryout soup available. For more information, call 812-332-4191.
St. Agnes Parish will hold its 2021 Christmas bazaar 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5, and 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at 1008 McLary Road in Nashville. The bazaar will include a silent auction of themed gift baskets and tabletop Christmas trees; sale of collectibles, crafts, art, Christmas decor, gifts, and papercrafts; a youth group boutique with upscale and vintage items; Baked goods, candy and other sweet treats; and a hot dog stand for lunch. The St. John the Apostle Catholic Church holiday craft show will be 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 6, at the church, 4607 W. Ind. 46, near Ellettsville. Along with the crafts, lunch items will be sold and a bake sale will raise funds for the youth group.
The Smithville Holiday Bazaar will be 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at 7555 S. Strain Ridge Road (in the old Smithville School). A variety of handmade/homemade items will be for sale: baked goods, jams/jellies, fudge, woodwork, painting, jewelry, holiday and home decor, wreaths, sewn goods, crochet and knitted items, barn quilt art, tile art, ornaments, cards, essential oil products, CBD products, plants, gourds, candles and more. The event will feature breakfast (biscuits & gravy), lunch and Quarryman Coffee. Prizes donated by the vendors will be raffled off. Nonperishable items will be collected for the food pantry.
Abe Martin Bazaar will be 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Nov. 13, at the Brown County History Center in Nashville. Vendors will be selling art and craft items.
Lighthouse Christian Academy’s annual Holiday Bazaar is Saturday, Nov. 13. Doors open 9 a.m. and there will be free door prize drawings all day. Shop items ready for holiday gifting: handmade quilts, jewelry, scarves, jellies, breads, caramel pretzel bark, wood signs, wood crafts, home decor, repurposed china and mugs, crochet crafts, pen and ink drawings and prints, notecards, ornaments, succulent plants, surprise grab bags for kids and more. A cake walk will feature homemade desserts. This fundraiser supports the annual Fine Arts field trip. Breakfast and lunch specials will be available. LCA is at 1201 W. The holiday edition of the Bloomington Handmade Market will be 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday, Nov. 13-14, at the Monroe Convention Center, 302 S. College Ave. It will feature more than 60 artisans and their wares. Masks will be required.
The Persisterhood Workshop will be selling handcrafted items at the Bloomington Handmade Market, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 13-14, at the Monroe Convention Center. The Persisterhood Workshop’s volunteer makers sell their work to donate to local nonprofits. The 2021 fundraising campaign benefits The Dignity Project, a student-driven organization that secures and distributes hygiene products to local shelters and other providers. The 14th annual Congregation Beth Shalom Holiday Bazaar & Art Fair will be 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at 3750 E. Third St. It will feature local artists and artisans, with jewelry, ceramics, knit winter wear, paintings, photography and many items suitable for gift-giving as well as Judaica and baked goods. Everyone welcome but masks must be worn.
The Mark Mission Thrift Store in Spencer will have its huge, annual Christmas sale 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, and Friday, Nov. 19, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, in the Fellowship Hall side of the building at 95 W. Franklin St. All proceeds support the Spencer Methodist Food Pantry. The public is invited to check out the sale and also visit the retail thrift store.
The Unitarian Universalist Church of Bloomington will host its 2021 Holiday Bazaar as an online event from Nov. 19-29. Information on how to shop can be found at www.uubloomington.org. Cookies, gourmet goodies and quality collectibles will be available as well as handmade items from various task forces. Pickup times will be scheduled the first weekend of December. There will be no in-person bazaar this year due to COVID restrictions.
The Seasons Holiday Art and Craft Show will be 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 26, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, at Seasons Lodge and Conference Center, 560 E. Ind. 46 in Nashville. This is a juried show featuring paintings, jewelry, baskets, clothing, fine handmade soaps, woodworking, rugs, quilts, pottery, candles, chocolates, photography and much more handmade by local and regional artists and crafters. The Holiday Market at the Bloomington Community Farmers' Market will be 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, at Showers Common, 401 N. Morton St. Shop for art and fine crafts created by local artists and artisans in addition to the usual locally grown farm products.
Freedom Baptist Church Ladies Missionary is sponsoring a country store and bazaar, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, at 5778 Main St. in Freedom. It will feature several local artists and vendors, baked goods, homemade crafts, jams, salsa and jellies, handmade wreaths and swags, embroidered items, crocheted and knitted items, Christmas gifts and ideas, Tupperware, Thirty-One and more. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be for sale. Proceeds will help fund the church's local community missions. Everyone is welcome.
The Stinesville Christmas Bazaar will be 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, in the Old Stinesville School at 7973 W. Main St. in Stinesville. The bazaar will feature vendors with handmade crafts, baked goods, music and a visit from Santa. Lunch will be served. All are welcome.
