The TTD Board has released the 300 special entry darshan tickets quota 8000 tickets per day. for booking tickets devotees log on tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in to book their tickets were redirected to tirupatibalaji.jiomart.com JioMart provided the cloud management to TTD free of cost for the sale of the darshan tickets. Jio management had come forward to offer TTD both technical and infrastructure support to the tune of `three crores free of cost. In spite of the announcement, a section of the media and some vested interests on social media raised a din causing confusion among devotees
The company provided a platform with dedicated teams who worked along with the IT consultant, TCS and TTD IT wing. The teams worked together for the last 20 days for the successful launch of 2.46 lakh tickets on the main domain.

For darshan pilgrims must produce vaccination certificate 2 doses must complete or covid-19 negative certificate obtained within 72 hours prior to the date of darshan at the time of availing the special entry darshan, sarva darshan.
