Thiruchendur Murugan Temple History:

History back to 875 AD. There is no real documentation for shown originality, but it is known that the Pallavasduring the same time. Pandyas and Cheras renovated this temple. People came in Hundreds and thousands to celebrate these festivals in the temple and have a view of the lord.
