Be Thankful For More Everyday

Affirmations are a way to bring words to reality.  Affirmations are also a way to unblock different pathways in your life that might be blocked from the past.  Whether it's from this life or your past life.  When you wake-up in the morning one of the first things you should do is be thankful. This is a way to unblock certain things in your life, having gratitude should be a part of our lives and the feeling we should have when we wake up. Here is a list of Affirmations for the modern living.
  1. I am thankful to be waking up to see another day.
  2. I am thankful that I have a bed that I can sleep in night and day.
  3. I am thankful for my slippers that keep my feet warm.
  4. I am thankful that I have breath that I have breath in my lungs.
  5. I am thankful for my toothbrush.
  6. I am thankful I have toothpaste.
  7. I am thankful that I have teeth to chew my food.
  8. I am thankful that I have taste buds and a tongue to taste yummy foods.
  9. I am thankful that I have combs and brushes for my hair.
  10. I am thankful that I have running water to take showers and baths.
  11. I am thankful that I able to wash my face with this running water.
  12. I am thankful that I am able to brush my teeth with this running water.
Sometimes living in a modern society where all you have to do is go to a supermarket to buy food, take a drive to the bank to pay a light bill or pay online, pick up a remote control to watch your favorite cable television show, or make a phone call across the country we forget the importance of, thank you.  Being thankful for what you have, being thankful for the people around you.  The earth gives the one thing we can do if we don't have any other prayer or affirmation in our heart, say thanks.
