What do I intensely appreciate today?
Today I am so grateful to all the deep conversations I had with people I love.

Going through memory lane and seeing the patrons of our lives; where we come from and what we have become.

Wisdom, love, acceptance, inspiration, from Women with very different life styles.

I Intensely appreciate the wisdom that come to us when we live awaken life for a long time.
I intensely appreciate childhood friends and people who watched us grew up.
I intensely appreciate growing older and feeling the magic of life in the next generations.
I intensely appreciate having all those meals and talks with the women of my family.

I intensely appreciate finding forgiveness in my heart to situations and people that hurt me in the past.
I intensely appreciate conversations with extremely different kind of people from a gardener to head of a city, from village man to a well traveled women. I feel so enriched.
I intensely appreciate walking down memory lane with a clean and open heart.

What do I need to intensely accept about today?
The travel has come to an end, time to go back to our daily life.

Have I done my Meditation today?
Yes, I had infusion of light and I gave a short session to a beautiful women.

What have I learned today?
Listening is one of the biggest gift we can give to people we love.
Taking the time to listen is the biggest gift we can give ourselves.
