Day 46 – Flipping old to new Communication

What do I intensely appreciate today?

A healthy Communication is a blessing we sometimes overlook.
Unhealthy communication is a pain and sometimes not finding it origin of it can be frustrating, until we get to learn the power of words and body language.

I Intensely appreciate the power of good communication to smooth all heavy feelings between people.
I intensely appreciate the fact we can all learn new skills of better communication.
I intensely appreciate the smartness of the body and brain to communicate without the use of words. ( 93% of all communication is nonverbal)

I intensely appreciate, learning a better way to teach my daughter how to be in this world and better ways to teach my son to process feelings.

I intensely appreciate the power of the voice to express unheard or unwanted feelings and the power of the voice to heal, sooth and restore our balance.
I intensely appreciate the power of word, sentences and phrases to put communicate a profound or inspired message.

I intensely appreciate the ability to flip our communication to a higher frequency one, to bring it to a higher form of loving.
I intensely appreciate all forms of communication: verbal, written, oral, visual and non verbal, especially when it is used for wisdom sharing and elevating thought.

I intensely appreciate master communicators.
I intensely appreciate all the new knowledge about the human brain, mind and human psychology , helping us to connect more and be truer to our nature.

What do I need to intensely accept about today?
I intensely accept all the time I was absolutely clueless about how I said what I said. I must add that forgiveness to self is required. ( Yes, I heard!! Thank you)

Am I intensely loyal to myself?
Another aspect of loyalty to self is to communicate truly what we need, who we are and what we actually want.

What have I learned today?
It is the most important to be aware and clear our emotional baggage before we have a talk with someone about a sensitive issue. In other words mixing and matching our emotions and needs, being defensive and blaming never bring the result we actually wishing for.

It is never too late to learn new communication skills.
