Day 37 of my 108 days Journey challenge to intensely appreciate life.

What do I Intensely appreciate today?
Today I am thinking about the power of the hands to heal and the connectedness of the hands to the heart.
The last few days I had experiences that made me see, remember and experience honoring our inner knowing.
I intensely appreciate the experience of connecting people to their inner knowing. It is always an humbling experience. Some wo/men are really GIANTS in their inner world.
I intensely appreciate my ability to contribute to this re-connection.

I intensely appreciate all the wo/men and teacher who make this knowledge possible for all of us.
I intensely appreciate the healing hands of my mother, my grandmother, my grandfather, my beloved and my daughter and son.
All of them have different kind of hands that help me learn.

The healer in my daily life at the moment that are helping me learn and practice this new level of consciousness. This year was going to the next level with Indra, Yoka, Boukje, Oda, Annette, Gal, Ilonka, Maria and Rachel.

What do I need to intensely accept about today?
I am confronted again with the fact that my main intention in life is healing. Healing myself, other and the world.
The funny, I realize, is that I was avoiding this truth. I wanted to be less serious. I love my entertaining aspect of life and myself, but healing and going deep keeps coming back.
I need to accept that, and not be afraid that it would put people off .
It is without a doubt the main reason I make music, stories, meditations, groups workshops and art.

Am I intensely loyal to myself?
I started to set up my conditions. That is so important for me now. I know I can not expand without taking care of my needs first. Not easy, but necessary.

What have I learned today?

• Saying No to someone is sometimes is saying yes to me or something I love.
• We have a universal permission to be fantastic, wonderful and unique.
• Most people don’t have that in their inherited codes. It needs to be awaken from the original cells of our soul.
• I am passionate about young women getting this right, early.
• Next stage for me is to zoom in on how I want to do things and stay loyal to that.
• Through activating the hands of people, I can bring then closer to their true heart desire. Using my hands when I perform and sing ( even to a large audience) has an healing effect. I am very grateful to that.
