California: 38 Arrested in Large Drug Trafficking Ring Based Out of Small Community
The Madera County Narcotic Enforcement Team announced on Monday the takedown of a large drug trafficking operation in “La Vina”, a farming community of less than 300 residents in Madera County.
The ring was led by Juan Jimenez & his wife, Maria Hidalgo plus their son Alexis “Nessy” Jimenez, who are three of 38 individuals arrested in the case.
”Operation Crystal Vine” seizure results: 18 lbs of methamphetamine, 60+ grams of cocaine, 3.7 lbs of heroin, 25 lbs of marijuana, 64 grams of concentrated cannabis, 3,400 fentanyl pills and 14 firearms recovered.
