Final Update: Tuesday, September 12th 2017 12:44 UTC

The hotfix deployment has finished and we’ve confirmed that the functionality to increase the Cloud Load Test paid minutes to "No Limit" is working as expected as of 12 Sept 2017 12:30 UTC.

We apologize to the customers who were affected by this issue..

Sincerely,
Aman

Update: Tuesday, September 12th 2017 11:12 UTC

The hotfix is currently in progress.
The customers would continue to observe the status as 'Saving' when they select 'No Limit' option for Paid Load Testing Limit.

  • Work Around: Instead of selecting the option of "No Limit", users should select the highest number or any other option.

  • Next Update: Before Tuesday, September 12th 2017 13:15 UTC

Sincerely,
Aman

Initial Update: Tuesday, September 12th 2017 09:42 UTC

We are in the process of investigating a customer impacting issue. Customers using Cloud Load Test(CLT) feature via portal.azure.com and trying to increase the user minutes to "No Limit", would observe a continuous processing of the request with status as 'Saving'

Work around: Instead of selecting the option of "No Limit", users should select the highest number or any other option.

We identified this to be a bug in our system, and are in the process deploying a hotfix which would be completed within 3 hrs.

  • Next Update: Before Tuesday, September 12th 2017 12:45 UTC

Sincerely,
Aman
