Download windows 10 Store App Troubleshooter
First Download And run the following Apps Troubleshooter utility. Open the file with the Diagnostics Troubleshooting Wizard, which should be selected by default.
Then follow the wizard through, clicking Next to progress through the stages. If problems are detected then the troubleshooter will try to resolve these. after complete troubleshooting restart windows and check problem solved. If problem continue fallow next step.
Reset or Clear the Windows Store Cache.
Sometimes, too much cache might be bloating Windows Store app, causing it to not function efficiently. Clearing the cache of the Store can help resolve issues with installing or updating apps. In fact clearing cache can resolve many Windows problems.
To Reset or Clear the Windows Store Cache Press Windows Key + R to open Run, Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
A blank Command Prompt window will open, but rest assured that it’s clearing the cache. After about ten seconds the window will close and the Store will open automatically.
Reset Windows Store apps

Open the Start Menu and click on the Settings icon. Next, click 0n System and then on Apps & features in the left panel. now identify the app which is not working properly and click on it.
The panel will expand and you will see options to Move and Uninstall. Here you will also see Advanced options. Here, you will have to click on the Reset button, to reset the app. Clicking on it
This will open warning window, telling you that the app’s data will be deleted and preferences reset.
Click on Reset. In a few seconds, you will see a check mark next to the reset button, indicating that the operation has been completed successfully.
Now see if the Windows Store app is working properly. It should!
Re-register the Windows Store and modern apps using PowerShell.
The Store app can’t be uninstalled, so the closest we can get is to re-register it on your system.
At Cortana‘s search box, type powershell, Right click on Windows PowerShell result and select Run as administrator.
This will open powerShell window. ( PowerShell is a scripting environment that can be used to automate tasks )
If you’re using Windows 10, input the following and then press Enter:
"& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"
If you’re using Windows 8, input this command instead:
Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML
You can now close PowerShell and open the Store app, where hopefully your problem will have been resolved.
Re-register modern apps using PowerShell.
first open Powershell window as administrator and Run the following command
Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Create a new User Account on your computer
Still you didn't find the solution try to create an new local account on your computer (with Administrative privileges) and sign-in with the new account. If the Settings app or all other apps are working, then transfer your personal data from the old account to the new one.
To Create a new User Account on your windows 10 fallow bellow steps.
Right click on Start menu and select Command Prompt (Admin).
At command prompt window, type the following command to create a new user account
net user UserName /add
* Replace the UserName with your preferred username:
Then give this command to add the new user account to the Local Administrators Group:
net localgroup administrators UserName /add
e.g. If the new username is “User1” then you have to give this command:
net localgroup administrators User1 /add
Sign-out and logon with the new user.

2. Open Troubleshooting.
3. Under System and Security select Run Maintenance Tasks.
3. Press Next and then wait until the System Maintenance utility detecting problems.
4. Follow the on screen instructions to fix the problems found.

sfc /scannow
This will scan your system for all its important system files, and replace where necessary. wait untill Verification 100 % complete. After this Restart windows.

First, press Windows Key + R to open Run. Input regedit and click OK. The Registry Editor will open. Using the folders on the left, navigate into the following folder path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles
