'\r' command not found

'\r' command not found Error


While execution of some .sh files on linux or using cygwin on Windows, sometimes you may have seen this error.

To resolve it try dos2unix Command with the file which is generating the error.

Example:
dos2unix TestFile.sh


dos2unix command demo


Once the file is converted, run the sh command again. Now the file will be executed properly.
