when you used XP window and during working appeared error on screen. This error show in a little dialogue box which mention information on top that you send error report to Microsoft
for this accident or not?If we press don't send the software turn off and our working data lost due to unsaved. So, you can solve this problem with some important steps.
first of all program minimized then right click on my computer and now click on properties --- advance tab
reporting button -------and now click disable error.
Now your problem is solved.
