Step 1: The very first step is signing into your Gmail account if you want to get professional mail into your current Gmail inbox. Otherwise, you can create a new Gmail account for custom email only. This way, the email processing can be easy in the user interface of Gmail.

Step 2: Click on the gear icon placed on the top right portion of the screen and then, choose Settings. This is the place we go for changing any Gmail setting.

Step 3: You can see some tabs there. We need to go to Accounts and Import, the third tab on the list. Just check the image given below to know clearly how to integrate domain email with Gmail.

Step 4: Look down. You can see around ten options, right? Don’t mess up with it. We only have to choose one there. Click Add a Pop3 email account you own.
