Requirement Details
They are looking for Midlevel Reports developer who has strong SQL Server development skills with SSRS and other reporting tools, all the other skills are good to have but not required. Please get me some one with 5-7 years of experience. Financial experience will be a plus but not a must
This will require multiple rounds of phone and face to face interview. They need a very sharp and good school grad. Must be local to the area

Position is with an investment firm specializing in credit markets. The candidate will be expected to primarily provide development for third party and proprietary databases and applications.
About the job:
• SQL Server development with SSRS/SSIS, any other reporting tool experience is a plus, must have Strong SQL/TSQL skills
• Ability to program in C#.NET, RSL to perform data queries, reporting and ETL functions
• Use collaborative skills to work with the development team, internal business users, and vendors
• Excellent organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills for operational support
• Ability to provide technical solutions for the firms business requirements
Responsibilities:
• Development - Analyze, design, develop, deploy and support technical solutions for business operations
o Enhance and support existing proprietary GUI systems, including WPF, Infragistics, WCF, TSQL, SSIS, Geneva RSL, and Geneva SQL-CLR
o Report writing in SSRS and Crystal reports
o Troubleshoot system anomalies and system errors with quick turnaround during business hours (24x7)
o Maintain and develop Geneva RSL in Runrep
o Job automation via our proprietary systems with interface applications in Windows and Solaris environments
o Provide system configuration recommendations for performance and tuning the firms various software applications
o Work with the development team in the standard SDLC environment with Agile methodology
o Design solutions using a case tool

Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields and minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Working experience with a major IDE such as Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, C#, .NET framework
• Experience with SSRS, or Crystal Reports
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS
• Development experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server and ODBMS such as Geneva
• Experience with OOD and OOP and familiar with case tools such as PowerDesigner
Additional Experience:
• Experience with investment accounting system – Geneva a plus
• Ability to write reports using RSL (Geneva Report Scripting Language) - a plus
• WPF, Infragistics, WCF - a plus
