Front-Store Features

1. Ship to Multiple Address New

  • We introduced a new feature called “Ship to multiple address”, which allows users to create multiple shipments in a single order. This implies that customers can ship their orders to different addresses depending on the items.
    • For example, if a customer has three items in their shopping cart, they can send the first two to Address 1 and the third to Address 2.
  • The customer will now be able to split the quantity and ship it to various addresses.
  • From the site settings, the admin may enable or disable the ship to multiple address option.

2. URL Pattern Enhancement

  • Until now, we have used URL Pattern with just the product, category, or group name, with no consideration for the hierarchy structure.
  • We changed the URL pattern and followed the hierarchical structure in this release.
    • Old Product URL – www.domain.com/product/
    • New pattern is – www.domain.com/category/product/
  • The admin can adjust the URL pattern to utilize the old and new URL patterns based on the site settings.
3. CMS Page Category New
  • Earlier, admins could only create content pages; however, with this version, admins may now create CMS categories as well.
  • The admin can assign several CMS pages to the CMS Category and show them in the menu in accordance with the currently existing choices, such as the Category as a submenu, category wise.
  • This feature will be use like blog which will be created from the content management area, and the admin can build different blogs and assign them to the Blog category, and all of the pages will be displayed under the category (Blog) Page.
4. Dynamic Help Template Generator New
  • Currently, the admin needs to upload the help template for all products with respective sizes; however, we implemented an enhancement and created the help template dynamically.
  • On the front side, there will be an option to download a dynamic product help template based on the product size on the product info page, upload center page, and download template page.
5. New Minor Features & Enhancement
  • 3D Preview for Upload Artwork: The 3D preview will now be provided in the additional info page for the upload design flow.
  • Optimized shopping cart: In this version, we optimized the shopping cart to increase load speed and ensure a seamless checkout procedure.

Product Section Features

6. Restrict Product Quantity to Order
  • This enables the admin to restrict customers from purchasing particular items in specific quantities within a given time frame, and customers will receive a warning on the cart page if the product quantity exceeds the set restriction.
    • For example, if a campaign is ongoing and the admin wants the product to be purchased just once for a specific time period by users, using this functionality will enable this.
  • We’ve added settings in the product settings to restrict the quantity limit per cart and per client.
7. Product Master Option Title Overwrite and Duplicate
  • Admin may now overwrite the Product master option title after assigning it to any product. Admin can also overwrite the Option name and attribute name language-wise.
  • Admin may now duplicate the product master option with the product attribute and price.
8. Canvas Product Enhancement
  • In this release, we implemented the following enhancements to the canvas product.
    • Added foreground/background event: We have now added a new event for just a single canvas. By utilizing this event, customers can see the foreground/background frame in the canvas preview; however, it will not be generated in the print-ready file.
    • Add Text object for canvas: Now, in the single canvas product admin can control to give the “Add text” option from the studio setting.
    • Stock management for canvas products: We have added stock management for all canvas products. Now, the admin can control the stock for the canvas products. The split and multiple canvas stock will be counted as the number of layouts used.
9. Common Product Price Update in Percentage New
  • If the admin wants to change all of the system’s prices, for example, the admin wants to update product and vendor-associated prices by 10%, we have provided a function in the product price to update all of the prices.
    • Admin can change the percentage amount for the product and vendor-related pricing.
    • They may also manage any setup costs or other costs such as hiring a designer, etc.
10. Product Gallery Enhancement
  • Video Option: Admin may now upload videos or utilize video scripts to display videos in the product gallery area.
  • Size option in a gallery setting: Admin may now refer to the product size in the gallery settings.
11. New Minor Features & Enhancement
  • Display product option key: On the product master option and product option screens, the admin may now view the product option key along with the product option title, which helps the admin in identifying the same name product option.
  • Edit product option and attribute key: Admin can now edit the product option and attribute key, which will be synchronized to the assigned product, rules, or any dependent section.
  • Save and Display Custom Size Input: In the custom size product, the custom size input value is now stored and displayed if the choice is changed from predefined to custom size again.

Designer Studio Features

12. Designer Studio UI Enhancement New
  • In this version, we’re introducing new UI/UX in the designer studio to enhance the user experience and make navigation easier.
  • We removed the floating property panel and adjusted all of the actions in the top and left panels.
  • There will no longer be a popup window in the designer studio, and everything will be adjusted on the top and left panels.
  • We have enhanced the image gallery section so that customers can view a list of their uploaded or previously used images in the Upload tab, and if the customer is not logged in, it will have a login button, and customers can see the image that they uploaded without logging in, also that image will be available after they log in.
13. Product Template Real Preview New
  • In this release, we added a real preview option for all products so that users can see on the front and get a virtual feel (Real Preview) of how their product would look in real. Like Business cards, Boucher, Stickers
  • It will have a real preview in the template generated by both the admin and the user.
  • The 3D Preview tab has been renamed the Real Preview in the designer studio setting.
14. New Minor Features & Enhancement
  • Optimized Photoprint Ordering: Now, the Photoprint preview image will be created as a JPEG file with a white background, providing for a seamless checkout flow.
  • Optimized PDF: In this release, we have optimized PDF. The PDF will be generated quickly as a result, whether if a multiple or large-size image was used.
  • Edit Client Fonts: Now, Admin can able to edit the client fonts and re-upload the font file.
  • Block PDF Font Storage: Previously, we did not keep PDF fonts in the database, which caused pages with PDF fonts to take too long to load. We now store PDF fonts in the database for a speedy load.
  • Block PDF duplicate dependency rules & Properties: Admin can now duplicate the dependency rules created in the dependency rules section and the properties created in the manage block section.
  • Transparent Preview Image for a designer studio: Users may now see the transparent preview in the large preview and when viewing the preview in JPEG format.
  • Package Preview Enhancement: The mask image (Box mask image and option level mask uploaded by the admin) will now be displayed in the package preview and print ready file based on the foreground and background set by the admin.
  • Broken Image in Designer Studio: If the image does not load properly, the user will now be able to view the broken image in the designer studio canvas.
  • Save Clipart to my image section: Now, when the user updates the clipart uploaded by the admin separate clipart SVG will be created and it will store in the customer template.
  • Upload file limit: Now, We have increased the file limit to 150MB instead of 50MB.

Store Management Features

15. Store Specific Product Content Overwrite New
  • In this release, we included the ability for the store admin to overwrite product content.
  • Store admins can modify the product content, product type, and product settings.
16. New Minor Features & Enhancement
  • Store Department import and copy: Now, the admin can duplicate the store department, and also it has the option to import the department in the store listing and store department listing page.
  • Allow IP Address enhancement: Now, we’ve given super admin the ability to allow IP addresses based on the store. Only the super admin may manage the allow IP addresses for all the stores.
    • This will be utilized when your individual store is under maintenance and you need to allow a certain IP to access that store.

Admin Section Features

17. Partial Payment New
  • In this version, we’ve introduced a new payment method called “Partial Payment,” which gives a provision to the admin to allow their customers to make partial payments in multiple installments based on the terms created by the admin.
  • To offer this method, we have provided a setting “Allow Partial Payment” on the Add/Edit Customer page where the admin can enable this method and select a payment term for the customer. We have also added this setting in the Add/Edit Store page to allow store-wise partial payment.
18. Offline Order Enhancement
  • We have made changes to the offline order procedure in this release; now, if the customer address is not available, the admin can use the default address set in the Offline order address.
  • Admin can enable/disable this from the address settings area, as well as add the default address.
  • This allows the admin to quickly add the offline order.
19. Reports
  • Audit message for delete customers: Now in the audit log message admin can see deleted customer email address and store name.
  • Background report generation: Now, the export to Excel will generate the report in the background, and the admin may view the latest generated report by visiting to the generated report files.
  • Filter enhancement: In this release we have done below enhancement in the filters.
    • Printer Commission: Admin can now filter the list depending on the Order Status on the printer commission screen. Furthermore, in the printer commission report, the admin can filter the list by Payment Status.
    • Sales agent commission: Admin can now filter the sales agent commission report based on the order status filter.
20. New Minor Features & Enhancement
  • Quote Artwork: Quote artwork will now be displayed in the quote detail page on the admin side. Also, if an offline order is placed, the added quote artwork will be carried forward and utilized when placing the order.
  • Search Functionality: Now, in the admin panel, searches will be based on three characters rather than one.
  • System setting enhancement: In this version, we relocated several settings to respected settings and added new ones.
    • Studio Setting
      • We have moved studio-related settings from the product edit screen to studio settings like a type of color palette, and an Advance color palette.
      • We have moved studio-related settings from the product setting to the studio setting like “Enable JPEG setting”, “Scaling Factor”
    • Site Settings
      • We have moved the “local pickup method display style” setting from theme setting to store configuration.
      • We have moved the “shipping method option style on the shopping cart” setting from the theme setting to the store configuration.
      • We have added a “Display Estimated Individual Delivery Days” setting to the Store Configuration that helps to display estimated delivery days for each shipping method individually.
  • Clear cache enhancement: In this release, we’ve added a new section called “Manage cache storage,” where admins may clear all system cache and third-party cache. Admin can also utilize the header cache delete button to clear all system cache and third-party cache.
  • View quote action button display: When the quote module is disabled, admins will no longer be able to access the quote section on the dashboard, user listing, and branch listing pages.
  • Email Template enhancement: In this release, we have implemented the below enhancement in the email template.
    • Job ticket: Now, we have added some variables like workflow admin name, Product SKU and hire designer information in the job ticket email content.
    • Order approval request email: Now, the Order approval request email contains the product image.
    • Quote email: Now, We have added a store name variable in every quote email.
    • Payment date and status variable: Now, We have added payment date and payment status variable in the Job ticket format, Invoice template, confirm the order, Update order, Order product status update email template.
  • Export Pay on account history: We have now introduced an export option to the manage pay on account section so that the admin may export the data to an excel file.
  • Department Selection in Alphabetical Order: The list of departments will be displayed in alphabetical order when you add/edit a customer.
  • Optimized download order design file: We have optimized the download order design file in this version; now, when you download the print-ready file, the original file is not deleted.
  • List Order Enhancement: In this version, we have made the following changes to the order listing page.
    • Display the shipping method name: The shipping method title is now shown on the order listing page when the admin hovers over the shipping type.
    • Order Notes: Admin can now view the order notes on the order listing page.
    • Search by order product ID: The search will now function for the order product ID on the order listing page, rather than just the order ID.
  • Delete the product option in modify order screen: The admin can now delete the extra option generated by the admin from the modify order screen.
  • Display Invoice date: In the view/update order page, the invoice date will now be displayed beside the invoice number.
  • Notify Admin: There will now be one flag available in the order and order product status to enable/disable the admin notification, when the status of any order changes, the admin will be notified.

Shipping Section Features

21. Shipping package configuration
  • We have now relocated “shipping package configuration” to the shipping method listing page, which allows the admin to manage the package configurations for all shipping methods in one place.
22. Tracking Order Status for Guest Users
  • In this release, we’ve implemented a tracking order option for guest users; after making an order, they may track it from the front without logging in.
  • On the front, there will be a new page called “Track Order,” where users may track their orders by entering their email address and order number.
23. New Minor Features & Enhancement
  • Shipping cost by Subtotal Enhancement: We’ve introduced an option for based on order subtotal to the flat shipping method.
    • If the setting is dependent on the order subtotal and the order subtotal is out of range, the shipping method will be not displayed at the front.
  • Optimized package calculation: We have optimized the package calculation method for quick package calculation, so that if the order weight is too large, the process of calculating the best package combination quickly proceed.
  • Shipping title Display for Duplicated Methods: If the primary and copied shipping names differ, we have added the main shipping name beside the copied shipping name.

Solution Core Changes

  • Upgrade Third Party JS: We have updated all of the third-party JS in this release.
  • Optimized query and Database: We optimized the product setting query to assist the product setting page load faster, and we also optimized the database to help the data load faster.
  • Optimized checkout procedure: For a quicker checkout, we optimized the shipping call in the checkout procedure.
  • Report Optimization: We have optimized the report creation; in order to obtain the data more quickly, we have limited the number of data that appear in the list, and all data will be presented in the Export Report; the export report will now produce in the background.
    • We stored the cart value to display in the customer report, thus the report is now generated efficiently.
  • Removed HTTP/HTTPS path in Studio Data: We removed the HTTP/HTTPS path from the studio data and replaced it with a relative path so that we may access any of the studio data from any domain.
  • Production Days calculation: Previously, the production day’s calculation was different on the product details and cart pages. Now, we have centralized the calculation and created a common code for all screens.
  • Cron script run with security parameters: Previously, all cron scripts were run using URLS, which might cause scripts to trigger from outside of the server as well. We have now restricted cron scripts to only run from the specified server, and no longer utilise URLS.
  • Log enhancement: To reduce overall log file size, log files on the server will now be terminated every month.
