Admin Section Features

1. Admin Search Functionality New

  • In this version, we are introducing the Search Functionality in the admin panel. For this, we have added a search bar, search icon, bookmark icon and menu in the Top Header of the admin panel.
  • The admin can now search for any specific section by selecting the menu from the drop-down, entering the keywords in the search bar and clicking on the Search icon.
  • With the help of the Bookmark icon, the admin can search the pinned pages from the system.

2. Template Creation for Package Product New

  • In this release, we added the feature of creating templates for the Package product. You can now create a template for the fixed size package products as well.
  • You can create templates for package products with pre-defined sizes.
  • In the front store, your customers can now select the templates for package products based on the selected pre-defined size using the Browse Design button.
3. New Product Page Layout Blocks New
  • Now, while designing the product page layout, you will have the facility to add three new blocks:
    • Full-Width Content – Through this block, the specified content can be seen in full-width at the front-store, irrespective of the website theme.
    • Full-Width Background – Through this block, we can set the full-width background for the specified content. The color of the background can be managed from the custom CSS.
    • Full-Width image Background – Through this block, we can set the product large image as the full-width background for the specified content. Also, you can manage the display of the specified content.
4. Separate Availability of Payment/Shipping Method for Private/Public Store
  • The admin will have the facility to assign the Payment or Shipping methods separately to All Private Stores and All Public Stores.
5. Manage FAQs for Product Specific and Category Specific
  • We have added FAQ Type options under the add FAQ section,
    • By using this option, you can create a FAQ under the “Product Specific FAQ”, “Category Specific FAQ” and “General FAQs” type.
    • Now, you have the facility to add FAQ block from product page layout through this you can personalize the FAQ block for your product info page
6. Block IP Address Enhancement
  • We have done the below enhancement in Block IP Address:
    • We have renamed “Block IP Address “to “Manage IP Address”.
    • We have added a new option named “Allow IP Address”. By using this option you can allow the IP address of your specific clients. This will be useful when your store is under maintenance and you need feedback and suggestions from those specified clients/customers.
7. Web Optimization Enhancements
  • We have enhanced the Web Optimization page functionality as per below:
    • Now, you have facility to individually optimize the Banner, Products and Product categories, Product Gallery Images, Size/Additional Option Attribute, Content Images and Website Logos using appropriate settings.
    • You also have the facility to optimize all the images and logos at once by using optimize button from top right corner. It will optimize all the product images, product gallery images, website logos and banners.
8. New Minor Feature & Enhancements
  • Support HTML tags in Product options: Now, you can add HTML tags like , etc. in the ‘additional options’ and ‘attribute’ titles and its effect will be seen at front-store ‘Shopping Cart details’, ‘Order Details’ and in admin panel order details.
  • Currency and Language Change from Admin for customer: Admin have the option to change the languages and currency for your customers from the customer setting in the customer section. It will automatically change if your customer has changed from the front store. If you are moving your customer from the default store to a private store or any other store then it will display the custom language and currency in the drop-down of the customer details.
  • Bell Notifications to Sub-Admin: Now, even the sub-admins will get bell notifications for the events that the super admin gets, for the modules with access rights.
  • Show payment failure reason even for the Payment Request: Now, even for the payment request, we will show the payment failure error/reason beside respective payment request for you to check.
  • Filter workflow dashboard by Store: Now, you can filter workflow dashboard by Store and check store-wise workflows.
  • Sync Google & Facebook’s Shopping Feeds: Now, we will save your Google and Facebook shopping feeds on serve. You can configure its link in your respective platform. Additionally, we have added a sync button through which you can sync feeds in respective platform. You can use this facility to avoid manual import/export.
  • Facility to add ‘CC’ for default reminder emails: Now, you will also have the facility to specify ‘CC’ for the default reminder emails provided in the system.
  • Customer Authentication Enhancement: Now, your customers will receive an email for account review if you have enabled the “authorized from admin” option in the “Enable Authorization while registering Customers” setting from the Site Settings. You will also have facility to configure the email template to send the account review mail to your customer.
  • Sales & Customer Report: In Sales – ‘Order Details’ & ‘Order Product Detail’ and in Customers – ‘Customer Details Report’, we have added a new filter – ‘User-Group’, for you to filter report results via User-Group.
  • Template Sales & Designer Commission Report: We added new filter – ‘Store’, in the ‘Template Sales’ and ‘Designer Commission Report’ for you to filter store-wise report results.
  • Order Details Enhancement: Now, you have the facility to view the brief order details in a popup by clicking on Order Id at the Recent Orders from the Dashboard, Reorder from the list of orders, in Order Detail Report, Order Product Detail and in Order Delivery Report.
  • Content Page URL Language: Now for the dynamic pages, you now have the facility to create custom languages URLs.
  • Language wise date format: For a multi-language business model, we now support language-wise date format setting at the Front-Store as well as in the Admin Panel.
  • Store Selection Display in Alphabetical Order: The store selection in header will be displayed in alphabetical order.
  • Font Listing Optimization: We have optimized the font listing feature to load the fonts quickly in the admin panel.
  • Export Functionality Enhancement: We have enhanced the export functionality, now only super admin can export the data to excel in Order, Quote and Customer modules.
  • Allow. Webp & .webm image format: We have now allowed importing .webp and .webm image formats along with other formats in the CkEditor.
  • Customer Access Role Enhancement: Now, on Access Roles Page, we will give option to select all accesses at once in every access role column under the customer tab in customer section.

Product Section Features

1. Add associated products to Cart New
  • Now, you will have the facility to associate (map) a predefined product with the products options (master options).
  • At the Front-Store, when customer chooses specific option, its associated product will automatically get added to the Shopping Cart. Example: Automatically add a banner stand whenever customer purchases a Banner product.
2. Product Section Enhancement

We have done the below enhancement in the product section:

  • We have separated product description from edit product section and add into new into the new tab named “Description”.
  • We have renamed some the product sections like designer options, additional options, options rules, shipping price etc.
  • We have moved “Allow Free Shipping” from the edit product section and added into the general section in settings tab.
3. Product-specific Shipping Method
  • Now, you will have the facility to configure product-specific shipping methods.
  • To ease configuration for you, we have also added facility to decide whether you want to include or exclude the products in the shipping method.
  • At the front-store, in the shopping cart the customers will see specific shipping method only when the specific products are added to the shopping cart.
4. Product Master Option Enhancement
  • We have enhanced the product master options functionality as described below:
    • Combine & Individual Option Price: You can now select master option in combine price. Also, the can set a product-wise master option price.
    • “Option Key” of one master option in another Master Option Formula: Now, the admin has the facility to use the “Option Key” variable of one master option while creating the custom formula of another master option (while creating a new master option).
    • Import Functionality for Master Option Attribute: Now, the admin will have the facility to import the attribute prices using excel file or CSV file for the product master options. Once prices are imported, you can also verify the prices along with attributes.
    • Default Attribute Overwrite for Master Option: We have given selection for default master option on the “Assign Product Option” page. This can be used when admin has not assign default master option to the products.
  • 5. Easily assign products to your stores
    • We have optimized product assignment to stores, you can easily assign products to multiple stores and to its private store with just a few clicks.
    6. Default Order Product Status for Pre-Defined Products
    • Now, the admin will have the option to set a default status for the selected pre-defined products on the Add/Edit Order Status page.

    Store Management Features

    • Store-specific preview URL: Now, for modules – Product, Template, Contents and FAQs we will generate store-specific preview URL i.e. if the header filter is of Franchise, then in the preview link we will show specific store’s front-store preview URL.
    • Maintained parent-child hierarchy: We have maintained parent-child hierarchy in admin panel in modules – Contents, Product Page Layout, FAQs, Testimonials, Banners, Website themes, language text references, Form Fields, Image Gallery etc.
    • Quantity Based Master Markup: Now, For Dynamic Master Markup the admin will have the facility to configure the look up range from Price or Quantity. The admin can now apply markup based on the quantity as well.

    Partnership Management Features

    1. Franchisee-wise workflow AdminNew
    • In this release, we introduce you to the “Workflow Admin” feature for the Franchisee business model. Now, the Franchisee admins can manage their individual workflow by creating workflow admins with defined access roles.
    • For this, we have provided the “Workflow Admin” menu under the Admin menu. Using the workflow roles created by the Super admin, the Franchisee admins can create the workflow admins as per the workflow cycle they follow.
    • This facility is very useful if you have a Franchisee business model or have a multi geographic location stores where each franchisee/store have their own order workflow cycle which is different from the HO workflow cycle.
    2. New Minor Features & Enhancements
    • Franchise can create Coupons: Now, we have permitted franchise to create own coupon for their customers and manage them.
    • SEO Import facility to Franchisee and Reseller: In the Franchise and Reseller Store admin account, we have given the facility to import SEO content.
    • Show parent store reference in order listing & order detail: In admin panel, on order listing as well as in the order detail we will show the name of the customer’s immediate parent store name.

    Orders Section Features

    1. Product-specific Sales Agent Commission
    • In this release, for the businesses running on commission-based revenue model we bring the facility to give product-specific commissions to your sales agents.
    • Along with order-wise commission now you can give order-product-wise commission. You will also have the flexibility to configure the master commission and map it with multiple sales agents.
    2. Due-Date Re-calculate based on payment request
    • Now, you have the option in payment request to re-calculate the due date, by enabling this option due date is re-calculated once your customer has paid the payment request.
    3. Order detail page enhancement
    • We have enhanced the order details page as described below:
      • Now, on the Order Details page we will display details – Order Traits – Order type (Eg: Offline Order icon), Item Count, assigned workflow name, assigned Branch Store name, parent store name.
      • Now, the payment date will be updated once the payment status is changed to “unpaid to paid” after the customers has made the payment through payment request.
    4. New Minor Feature & Enhancements
    • Job ticket file name based on the site variable: Now, the admin has the facility to personalize the job ticket name based on the predefined variables such as order id, customer name, and a 6-digit random number.
    • More color options in Order status labels: In this release, we have added more color options – Navy blue, Teal, Bottle Green and Maroon in the order and order product status labels.
    • Quote-to-Order – Skip artwork upload page: For the quotes, when the customers have already provided artwork while placing a quote, the admin will have the control in the quote to skip the ‘file upload’ page at the front-store when the customer converts quote-to-order.
    • Added ‘Product Information’ variable in Job Ticket & export/API orders: For you to configure and show ‘Product Information’ field’s details in Job Ticket and in the export/API orders, we have added a variable for the same.
    • Added Order & Order-product-level production due date variables in export/API order: In the Export/API order we have added variables to capture order & order-product-level production due date, which can be used to precisely calculate shipment delivery date.
    • Update Order Payment Status: Now, when the cart subtotal amount will be zero then the Order Payment Status will be updated as “Paid” after the order placement.
    • Related Status Change Activity: Now, we have synced the Order Status change activity whether the status of Order is changed manually or it gets changed as per Related Order Status configuration.
    • Order filters by multiple payment methods: Now, the admin will have the facility to filter the orders on Order listing page by selecting multiple payment methods.
    • Store Filter on Coupon Listing page: Now, we have added the store filter on the Coupon Listing page where the admin can filter the coupons store-wise.

    Front-Store Features

    1. Shopping Cart Enhancements
    • We have made the below enhancements in the shopping cart layout:
    • We have enhanced the look and feel (UI & UX) of the Cart Layout to make it more user friendly.
    • We have segregated the sections for Order Details, Shipping and Payment which can be accessed using Continue button as well as clicking on the internal breadcrumb.
    • Now, the admin can define the display of order details, shipping method style (radio button or dropdown) and billing address (same as shipping address) depending on the settings.
    2. Package Product Enhancement
    • Template Preview Enhancement: Now, your customer will have the facility to view package products in the 3D throughout the front store (Browse Design, Shopping Cart, Product Info Page, My Saved Designs, etc.).
    • Set Material Type for Package Product: Now admin have facility to create material type for package products using the additional option. Admin can set the preview images for the different material type created from the designer preview images tab of designer rules page. Also the admin can decide if he wants to display the preview images in foreground or background through “Allow Image Foreground” setting.
    • Allow “Custom Size” option in Price calculator: In this release, we have provided a facility to the admin where they can decide to offer the Custom Size option to its customers. For this, we have provided an option “Allow the Custom Size in Price Calculator” in Custom Size tab of Product Section settings. Once enabled, the customer will be able to see “Custom Size” option in the Size drop-down and when disabled, only the predefined sizes will be available.
    3. Minor Changes and Enhancements
    • Copy Shopping Cart Link for Customer: Now, the admin will have the option to copy and share the shopping cart link with their customers. This will be useful for all those customers who doesn’t have password set in the system.
    • Payment Method Screen Enhancement: We have enhanced the card payment UI at front store where the card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) will be displayed when the customer will enter the first 4 digits of the card.
    • Tax Price Enhancement: When all the products added in the shopping cart are Tax Exempted then the tax on the shipping price will also be exempted for those products.
    • “My Saved Design” Enhancement: We have enhanced My Saved Design functionality, now if product is disabled then customer will not able to create a copy with same product options. If calendar, book and package product is disabled then customer will not able to create a copy.
    • Select/Un-select in kit products: Now, your customers will have the facility to select and un-select the kit products when admin has allowed as partial kit from the pre-defined kit products page.
    • Sticky artwork action button (Mobile): In the Product Layout, if the admin configures action buttons block for pop-up then in the Mobile interface front-store view, we will show sticky action buttons on the product info screen to the customers.
    • Display orders total amount on the Checkout Success page: After order is successfully placed, we will now display order total amount on the Checkout Success page.
    • Update Look and Feel for Upload Centre Page: We have updated the UI and UX of upload center page and make it user friendly.
    • Search Designers by their name or nickname: In Designer Marketplace add-on plugin, on the designer landing page, your customers will now have the facility to search designers by their first name, last name or nickname.
    • Template Category URL: Now, you can now define the URL for your template categories (Mainly used for SEO purpose).

    Designer Studio Features

    • Enhanced Artwork auto-resize feature on upload center: You can now configure the product artwork fill setting – load actual image size, fit to the canvas with aspect ratio, fill to the canvas with aspect ratio and fill to canvas without aspect ratio even for the ‘upload center page’ proofing.
    • Master image management in the admin panel: We have added the master images option in the image category drop-down of Images tab of the admin panel Designer Studio where the admin can view and delete the master images.
    • Crop Image Functionality Enhancement: We have enhanced the crop image functionality where you can now view and edit the crop image coordinates in the Edit Image Property panel.
    • Template Tab Enhancement in designer tool: We have done the below enhancements in the template tab of the Designer Studio:
      • We will display all the available templates in the left side panel.
      • Admin and Customer can filter the templates using the Category filter.
      • Admin and Customer can search the specific templates using the Search functionality.
      • Admin and Customer can undo/redo the changes in the templates from the top panel of designer studio.
    • Layer Panel Enhancement: Now, you and your customer can resize the layer panel of the designer studio to avoid the scrolling.
    • Mask Panel Enhancement: In the Mask Image & Border panel, the applied mask will be displayed as selected.
    • Remove Unsupported Characters: We will remove the unsupported characters from the fonts in the designer studio and the print ready file.

    Shipping Section Features

    • Assign Shipping Method Based on The user-group: The admin will have the facility to preciously assign shipping methods to specific user-groups of the stores selected in “Available To” field.
    • Shipment Tracking Enhancement: Now, the admin has the option to add tracking URL in the “Flat Shipping” as well as “Shipping cost by order sub-total” shipping methods.

    Quote Section Features

    • Upload file option at the time of place quote: Admin and Customer can now upload a file at time of placing a quotation for products.
    • Estimated Price Display in Quote: For the Existing products, we will display the estimated price at the time of quote placement depending on the product and additional option selection. Also, on the Update Quote page under the Quote Action section, the estimated price will come auto-filled in the Price field.

    Solution Core Changes

    • Website Performance Optimization: In this release, we have optimized the website performance. Through this, the product templates will load quickly when the customer will click on the browse design button at the front store. This will save the customer’s time to choose the effective templates.
    • Upgraded to PHPv8.1: To make our code compatible, we have upgraded to PHP version 8.1 standard majorly for a more secure platform.
    • Removed PHP sort tag: At the code-level, we have removed the PHP sort tag from across system to enhance the coding standards and to make the code compatible with PHP v8.1.
    • Upgraded all CSS and JavaScript: We have upgraded all the third-party CSS and JavaScript used in the solution (Front, Admin, and Designer Studio) for better compatibility and enhanced performance.
