How to Print to PDF

PDF files are used on occasions when you want to be sure that the end user will see the file the way you see it. Other file formats can alter the output because they are not compatible on every device. It also depends on MS Office version and operating system version. There are three ways to Print to PDF and have your content preserved in the same formatting.

Print to PDF Online

It is a free tool for PDF creation and it creates a PDF from any Windows application. Open the file you want to print to PDF and click on File menu. Choose Print button and from the list of printers select Free PDF Creator. Click the Print button and then the Create PDF button to print to PDF.

Print to PDF on Mobile

If you like to use your mobile phone as a portable computer, download Save as PDF on your phone. Open the file you want to print to PDF and then tap on the Share button to access the Open in menu. There you will find the app and your file will be printed to PDF instantly.
