There was controversy surrounding the movie’s OTT release date, which was initially scheduled for May 19 but was later postponed indefinitely. Reports suggest that the movie underwent re-editing, with some previously deleted scenes being added.

Operative OTT release- When to stream

“Operative” is an action thriller that revolves around the story of Ramakrishna, also known as Ricky, who dreams of becoming a RAW operative. 

His life takes a twist when he crosses paths with Colonel Mahadev, the head of RAW. Ricky is assigned the task of assuming the identity of a new operative and embarking on a mission to Budapest to capture a former RAW operative turned renegade, who has established his own criminal syndicate.

The movie is scheduled to premiere on OTT on September 29. The cast of the film includes Mammootty, Akhil Akkineni, Dino Morea, Sakshi Vaidya, and Vikramjeet Virk. ‘Operative’ is directed by Surender Reddy.
