As always, customer satisfaction is our priority at Semnox. Keeping this in mind, we have taken regular feedback from customers and worked on revamping our reservation process to help resolve the day-to-day challenges that they face. Our team continuously strives to improve the product with every release. In May this year, we started revamping our reservation process. As with all our other enhancements, we expect this to be done in a pragmatic way. The primary focus of the new Booking process will be simplified user experience.
Some key improvements to expect are:
- Ability to book multiple time slot or facilities in a single booking
- Ability to print/email professional looking quote for the booking
- Ability to add checklist and assign event host
- Ability to merge two facilities to create a larger facility and allow booking against this entity
- Ability to block the schedule for a party with minimum clicks
- Ability to support large bookings
- Ability to add service charge amount or percentage for booking
- Ability to handle variable discount for the booking
- Simplified process for modifying additional product quantities.
