- Go to the downloaded location

- Right-click on the file and extract it through 7-Zip or WinRAR.
- Open desired “pcsx2-v1.7.5446-windows-x64-Qt” forlder
- Double-click on pcsx2-qt.exe

- Select the BIOS image and click on “Next”
- Select the game directories image and click on “Next”
