  4. 4061 IC
  5. Jumper wires

  • Connect Vin pin of 4061 with the one side of resistor 20k
  • Connect the other side of resistor 20k with the +ve side of Hex buffer through the one side of resistor 100k
  • Connect the other side of resistor 100k with the other side of Hex buffer
  • Give a output
